TTS SC2008 Source Controller

Introducing the TTS-SC2008 Source controller from T.T. Surveys.

Based on the existing SC2000, the SC2008 introduces even more features and power into the same size package.

The SC2008 is made up of a Source Control Units (SCU)and a  compact Industrial PC or Ruggedised Laptop. The SCU is highly integrated with several embedded Micro- controllers. It is capable of controlling up to 8 Sleeve Guns and up to 4 dual solenoid GI Guns in its standard configuration. .

Toggle mode is available, doubling the time between gun maintenance and enabling faster firing without compressor upgrades.

The PC contains only standard hardware, and runs under Windows NTİ or XP-PROİ. It operates as a GUI and data logger.

The SC2000 has powerful QC features with dynamic and historical analysis available graphically every shot. Auto calibration is used to provide QC benchmarks.

Comprehensive logging facilities are also included. The logging file is stored on disk in a standard text format and can be loaded into a Word Processor or Spreadsheet for further analysis.

Safety is addressed by using failsafe disarm software plus a Master Manual Safety Switch override.

Performance parameters can be output as an ASCII String, each shot via a serial port. This is useful for interfacing to external equipment. The TTS2+ recording system supports this QC output and can display this information in the Recorder line log.
